Shipping Policy
Orders places at poorparker.com are shipped between 5-7 business days. Once the order has shipped you'll receive an email with the tracking information regarding your package.
Return &
Exchange Policy
After you have received your order you'll have up to 7 days to return your purchase.
Once it's received, we will inspect it. Returned items must be unused, in perfect conditions, and tags on.
If everything is as stated, we will proceed to send you a gift card via e-mail to use on poorparker.com for the amount spent. Shipping costs are not included. Please allow 2-4 business days for this to happen.
We don't do refunds to the original payment methods.
